Hello! My name is Gavin Gifford. I’m a freelance artist and illustrator based in Utah. I suppose here is where I’d list all my art degrees and any experience working in the field. But the truth is, I’ve got none of that (have you seen how expensive school is? Yikes!). All I have is a love of art and years of sketching and drawing in my spare time.

 

What started as a fun hobby, fueled by a love of stories, as a kid, has grown into…well, actually it’s still pretty much the same: a passion for art and stories that leads me to draw and sketch when I can. I’ve always wanted to be an artist, to be able to create things as a career. But it wasn’t until recently that I realized maybe it was actually possible (in spite of my lack of schooling and connections). So, here I am, trying to get my art out there in the hopes that the few people who would want to pay me money for my art will see it.

Besides drawing, I have a great love for writing stories and poetry, reading, watching and analyzing movies, acting, singing, cooking, and all things fantastical.
